Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ME Support Specialist 2 to join our team, bringing extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, nomenclature, and tools for discrete industries. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in designing and supporting decisions related to SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME) and its integration. The successful candidate will analyze and identify root causes of SAP ME defects, define and update SAP ME configurations, functionally test the solution with Amazon, and manage incidents and messages with SAP maintenance/support. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating documentation related to SAP ME configurations and solutions as needed.
