• Expertise in the areas of SAP Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning with Discreet manufacturing process Good to have Warehouse Management (WM) with an extensive knowledge on the integration aspects of different business processes.
• Hands on configuration and Deep understanding in following areas o Master â€" MM & PP.
• MRP1 - MRP Type, MRP Group, Lot Size definition Service Conditions.
• MRP2 - Procurement Type/Special Procurement, Scheduling .
• MRP3 - Planning Strategy Group, Availability Check Maintenance .
• MRP4 - BoM explosion type, Dependent Requirements behavior.
• Production Scheduling Profile, Tolerance definition.
• BoM Types - Variant BoM, Multiple BoM, Material BoM.
• BoM Usage Types - Ex. Production, Costing, Universal, .
• Engineering.
• BoM Structure - Single Level, Multi Level.
• BoM item Categories - Ex.Stock, Variable Size items.
• BoM Maintanence - Create/Change/Delete and Mass Maintanence.
• Plant Allocation to BoM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability and willingness to expand knowledge and work independently under limited to no supervision.
• Effective communication (e.g., written and presentation) skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems through the identification and analysis of diverse issues.
• Proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications (e.g., process flow, collaboration tools, etc.) and the ability to expand current skills."
