Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SAP Payroll and ECP solutions, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and designing tailored payroll solutions.
Configure SAP Payroll and ECP modules according to client needs, including payroll schemas, wage types, tax calculations, and custom rules.
Oversee the integration of SAP Payroll and ECP with other SAP modules (such as HCM, Finance) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll and ECP implementation, configuration, and support.
SF ECP certification is mandatory.
Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration, including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and tax calculations.
Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration with other SAP solutions.
Strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations and reporting requirements
