SAP Payroll On-Prem & ECP Consultant

Description:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SAP Payroll and ECP solutions, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and designing tailored payroll solutions.
• Configure SAP Payroll and ECP modules according to client needs, including payroll schemas, wage types, tax calculations, and custom rules.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Payroll and ECP with other SAP modules (such as HCM, Finance) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll and ECP implementation, configuration, and support.
• SF ECP certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration, including payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and tax calculations.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration with other SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations and reporting requirements
