The role holder is responsible for building interface solutions using SAP PIPO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration Services, SAP Interface Technologies (ALE, RFC, Proxy), SAP PI Objects and Configuration, standard protocols (HTTP, FTP, SFTP, JDBC, AS2, EDIFACT Standards), developing web services (SOAP, REST, ABAP Proxies, and related technologies).

Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for building interface solutions using SAP PIPO or SAP Cloud Platform Integration Services, SAP Interface Technologies (ALE, RFC, Proxy), SAP PI Objects and Configuration, standard protocols (HTTP, FTP, SFTP, JDBC, AS2), developing web services (SOAP, REST, ABAP Proxies, and related technologies).

Responsible for monitoring and supporting PI technical landscape, including communication channel management, queues, configuration and transport processing for test and production environments.

Responsible for Design and develop Integration and eSOA solutions using SAP PO

Analyze and validate the business and IT requirements, considering applicable business strategy and business drivers, relevant industry trends, key pain points, challenges and priorities.

Responsible for preparation of test scenarios, End to End integration test cases and test scripts.

Perform or insure all required unit testing, and select functional testing, and all required integration testing is completed for developed interfaces

Address issues and resolve incidents in production environment arising out of day-to-day business and IT operations on a high priority and support the various SAP A2A and B2B integrations scenarios.

Desirable to have knowledge of other Middleware like Tibco, WebMethods, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi

Experience in working on Integration Builder (Repository and Directory), Integration Engine, Runtime workbench, iFlows, Adapter Framework, CTS+ , NWDS.

Technical Competencies :

Experience developing integrations for on-prem and cloud applications

Experience with SAP NWA to trace and log errors.

hands on experience on developing the JAVA mappings and SOAP & REST Lookups.

Knowledge of functional areas SAP FI, RE-FX modules

Hand on experience on developing the JAVA mappings and Advanced UDF’s.

Experience integrating Successfactor from SAP ERP or SAP S4 HANA using SAP PO/SAP CPI
