Common Tools
Production Line
Forward, Backward, Forward & Backward scheduling by Positions, Sections and Manufacturing Stations
Scheduling multiple Models on a single Production Line
Out the Door (OTD)
Entry into Service (EIS)
Scheduling Spares/MRO on the same line as Production
Multiple lines in multiple plants
Re-firing of schedule


SAP functionality:

Final Assembly/Complex Manufacturing
Parameter Effectivity
Project Systems Logistics functionality (Network, Reference Pointers, BoM-PS Explosion)
Flat MBoM with Installation Part (MPS Part), Reference Pointers, Phantom (Boeing ACC or ACCP)
Effectivity Sales Order for End Item
MRP (understanding of how to run in simulation)
Capacity Planning
STO to handle Program across multiple plants
