Location: Remote 

JOB Description:
Must have: 
•    Strong A&D Experience 
•    S/4 Experience 
•    Strong communication skills
•    Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.  
•    Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) 
•    Ability to articulate documentation of end to end manufacturing design
•    Facilitate end to end manufacturing integration testing
•    Understanding of the following core A&D manufacturing functional areas
o    Material Master (Manufacturing focus)
•    Material Data Governance (MDG) 
•    Material Master under the Production Planning Module 
•    Understanding of material master structure & key fields, and experience setting up master data to support various business scenarios. 
•    Mapping of material masters from legacy systems  to SAP 
•    Conversion of material masters from legacy to SAP with troubleshooting 
o    A&D Demand to Plan (DTP) S
    Demand/Supply’s requirements in A&D
    Material Resource Planning (MRP)
    Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
    Pegging (Project Stock, PMMO/GPD)
    Experience in the following: MTO Planning Strategies, Use-up, Interplant, ROP, Lead Time Scheduling, Co-products, Subcontracting, Capacity Planning, Variable size planning, planned scrap, MRP Areas, Advance Procurement, Quota Arrangements 
    Good knowledge of BoMs and Routings in an A&D environment 
    Good knowledge of WBS based planning and use of Networks with MRP 
o    Production Control & Scheduling (PCS)
    PLM to S/4 integration (MBoM, Routing, Component Allocation, Engineering Change Notice)
    S/4 to MES/MOM integration – Shop Floor Execution (Make to Order (MTO) Production Order)
o    Inventory Warehouse Management (IWM)
    EWM/IWM’s SAP Best Practice

•    Quality Management (QM)
o    Quality’s SAP Best Practice 
o    Integration with MES systems 
•    Shipping Transportation Management (STM)
o    STM’s SAP Best Practice
