Minimum of 10 years total work experience in SAP PP-PI (Process Industry) and SAP QM
·       Experience in SAP Production Planning encompassing following skills :-
·       PP-Demand Management,
·       PP-Long Term Planning,
·       PP-Master data,
·       PP-Process Order execution,
·       PP Integration
·       End to end Process Manufacturing experience, Master data including material master, BOM, Recipes, Production versions, Change numbers, MRP planning, Process order execution.
·       Integration with other modules like Costing, MM, WM, QM.
·       Interface experience with MES.
·       Hands on with SAP PP configuration and design , ALM testing, User training and project related documentation.
·       Configuration experience with SAP ECC Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules
·       Experience in the following areas: planning, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, sales.
·       Demonstrated skills in leading the implementation and integration of shop floor systems with other systems, such as MES and LIMS
·       Ability to write requirements definitions and design specifications clearly.
·       Developing functional specifications and testing enhancements for ECC.
·       The ability to train users on ECC PP and QM (MRP, Long Term Planning, Demand Management, and MPS).
·       Experience setting up master data in SAP ECC for production planning, including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.
·       Integration of SAP PP/QM with SAP ME, MII, and LIMS will be an added benefit.
