Job Description:
- SAP ERP Transformation Lead ERP Transformation Lead, a role crucial for ensuring successful system integration, effective data migration, and the adoption of industry best practices.
- Collaborating with our system integrator, the ERP Transformation Lead will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of this integration while driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies for the migration of data from legacy systems, focusing on preserving data integrity and minimizing business disruption.
- Advocate Best Practices: Champion the implementation of industry best practices in all phases of the ERP implementation, ensuring state-of-the-art processes and systems.
- Establish strong collaborations with key internal stakeholders ( Business, Corp Eng, and the internal Engineering team) and external partners, aligning ERP implementation efforts with overarching business objectives.
- Facilitate comprehensive knowledge transfer to the new AMS vendor and the internal engineering team, ensuring long-term sustainability and capability building.
- Reviewing and facilitating GFiber’s sign-off from both business and technology perspectives for Business Process, Architecture, and Master Data Management.
- Reviewing go-live readiness and cut-over plan.
- Strategic Road mapping: Develop a visionary ERP roadmap that anticipates future organizational needs, encourages continual innovation, and ensures system adaptability.
- Ensure changes adhere to relevant regulations and internal Control policies
- Define processes and approvals ensure changes are tested and deployed safely
- Define the process to periodically review and audit financial systems for integrity and compliance in coordination with the Internal Control team
