SAP Procurement Ariba

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Direct Procurement/Ariba Specialist with expertise in Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our procurement, quality control, and warehousing processes by leveraging SAP solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials from procurement through quality inspection and into our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
· Configure and customize SAP Direct Procurement and Ariba modules to align with the company's procurement processes.
· Define and implement quality control processes and inspection plans in SAP QM to ensure product and material quality.
· Integrate SAP Direct Procurement, Ariba, QM, and WMS to create a seamless end-to-end solution.
· Manage and maintain the integration between SAP systems and WMS to optimize warehouse operations.
· Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of SAP systems.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
· Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and procurement processes.
· Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP configurations, processes, and integration points.
· Experience writing Manufacturing Process Documentation for execution in SAP.
· Experience creating SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and Training Documents.
· Documentation Expert that can navigate and capture screenshots based on understanding of process.
· Experience with Document Management Systems and ability to manage version control.
· Ability to provide summary and detailed documentation for solutions and processes.
· Expertise in Manufacturing Processes using SAP S4HANA.
· Experience in Big5 consulting will be a plus.
· Experience with Pharma will be preferred.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Proven experience working with SAP Direct Procurement, Ariba, QM, and WMS modules.
· Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and customization in the areas of procurement, quality management, and warehouse management.
· Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions between SAP systems and WMS.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
