SAP Product Compliance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Product Compliance Specialist to support our transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role will involve ensuring that our product compliance requirements are seamlessly migrated to the S/4HANA environment. This includes handling all aspects of compliance data migration, configuration, and testing to ensure our systems meet all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP Product Compliance modules and experience in migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the migration of SAP Product Compliance data from ECC to S/4HANA.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand compliance requirements and ensure they are met during the transition.
Configure and set up SAP Product Compliance functionalities in the S/4HANA environment.
Conduct data mapping, extraction, cleansing, and validation to ensure accurate migration.
Perform thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to verify successful implementation.
Resolve issues related to data discrepancies, compliance requirements, and configuration challenges.
Provide training and support to end-users on new S/4HANA functionalities related to product compliance.
Document processes, configurations, and any customizations made during the migration.
Work with technical teams to ensure all compliance reports and dashboards are functioning correctly post-migration.
Stay up-to-date with SAP updates and best practices related to product compliance and S/4HANA.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with SAP Product Compliance, preferably with a focus on migration projects.
Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Experience in SAP modules related to product compliance, such as EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), Reach, Dangerous Goods Management, and Global Label Management.
Proven track record of successful SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, particularly in compliance-related data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
Experience in project management is a plus.
SAP certification in Product Compliance or S/4HANA is an advantage
