Position: SAP Production Planning Consultant

Location: Mundelein, IL (3 days per week)

Duration: Long-term contract (potentially multi-year)

Description:

1. S4 is must

2. Production Order Management: Support and test creation, release, confirmation, and closure of production orders. Ensure the smooth execution of production orders in line with the production plan.

3. Master Data Management: details in depth knowledge on all SAP production planning master data fields related to production planning. This includes material master, BOM, work center, routing, etc.

4. Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Live MRP experience SAP MD01N

5. Master Production Scheduling (MPS):

6. MRP Live: detail knowledge about live MRP

7. Planned Independent Requirements (PIR): understand on planning strategy and different requirement type

8. MRP Areas: in depth knowledge about MRP area. Running MRP at MRP area.

9. Planning and Scheduling:

10. EDI Interface: very experienced in EDI transactions.

11. Backflush: Oversee the backflush process to automate the goods issue process in production.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an SAP PP consultant.

2. In-depth knowledge of SAP PP module and its integration with other modules.

3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Good communication and team management skills.
