SAP Project Manager

JD:

•            Be a self-starter within 10 years of related experience with 7 years of specialty in Agile Project Management and SAP experience is manadatory

•            Supports business process analysis/design, stakeholder needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align technology solutions with business strategies and direction; provides leadership to assigned project teams to ensure project alignment with the business objectives

•            Applies knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices

•            Applies agile project management and systems development lifecycle process to information technology projects from the original concept through the final implementation; coordinates the activities of the project team

•            Leads project teams in the development and implementation of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans

•            Show courage to present new ideas and ways of doing things

•            Participate in respectful and healthy discussions where differing opinions are shared

•            Develop your leadership shadow

•            Flex style based upon audience

•            Demonstrate a designer mindset related to ideation, reframing of problems, and leverage prototyping and feedback to find solutions
