Job description
- Responsible for Program planning, coordination and on-time delivery within budget using the Proven Delivery Methodology.
- Be the point of escalation for the senior business stakeholders including Executive Management in relation to all concerns that they may have, eg. resourcing the program, managing impacts of the change in their business, avoiding service issues during cut-over, etc.
- Gain an understanding of our business and act as a coach to the business leadership seconded to the Program with regard to managing the work and the transition
- Work on advance activities for a release, eg. resource planning, SI partner selection, long lead-time design challenges, etc.
- Ensure that the principal of the Global Template is adhered to and that processes are in place to allow the business leaders to fully understand and accept the solution
- Define and manage risks, interdependencies and conflicts across parallel release projects
- Manage the relationship with the IT functional and technical leadership based in our Global Competence Centre in Ireland such that the appropriate levels of skills and leadership are assigned throughout the Program.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive communication processes in place to all stakeholders on progress, risks, etc.
- Responsible for Program Governance & Review
- An experienced IT/PM professional with at least 10 years post-graduate experience of large scale, greenfield, multi-site SAP deployments with a minimum of 5 years at a leadership level.
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Skilled project manager

- Extremely organized, structured, analytical, and efficient
- Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and effective negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a large team to tight deadlines during pressurized and complex cutovers
