Title: SAP S/4HANA Functional Architect
Location: Remote with travel to Minnesota

Position Requirements Specific SAP Knowledge o Sales and Distribution (SD) - Handles order processing, Advanced ATP, shipping, billing, and customer relationship management. o Advanced Order Promising (ATP) - Enhances order fulfillment by providing accurate delivery dates and availability checks. o Production Planning (PP) - Focuses on production scheduling, capacity planning, and material requirements planning. o Process Manufacturing, Quality Management, Process Control Systems o Transportation Management (TM) - Transportation planning, execution, and freight cost management (SAP & Oracle Logistics Cloud). o Materials Management (MM) - Manages procurement processes, inventory management, and material valuation. o Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) - Optimizes warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics General Skills Focus on Business Processes: o Understand and analyze business processes identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the SAP environment. o Works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP configurations. Solution Design: o Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business objectives. o Configures SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Order to Cash, Supply Chain) to meet specific business requirements. o Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools, including data cleansing and validation techniques. o Understanding of ABAP development process, SAP integration technology, Implementation Oversight: o Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies. o Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration. User Interaction: o Engages directly with end-users to provide understanding and support. o Facilitates user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business expectations. Interpersonal Skills Communication: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non technical stakeholders. Collaboration: o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT staff, and management. Training and Support: o Skills to train end-users and provide ongoing support, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP system. Leadership: o Ability to lead overall solution design, product delivery, works well independently, and a self starter Beneficial Skills o SAP Industry Template Experience o Relevant SAP certifications can enhance credibility and demonstrate expertise
