SAP S/4 HANA Test Lead /Analyst

Job Description:

Pay Range $53hr - $57hr

Responsibilities:

• Mandatory Skills: Senior QA test analyst with minimum 8-10 years SDLC experience.
• 8+ year experience in ERP, SAP S/4 HANA.
• Apply both business and functional knowledge and develop end-to-end testing strategies all through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and with the ability to lead and influence others.
• Must have Working knowledge on Integrations and Business process on either OTC - Order To Cash Module or RTR - Record to Report.
• Develop/Write Test Strategy, Functional Test scripts, End to End Test Scripts, Test planning and data migration scripts.
• Work with cross functional teams, development teams on requirements validation, testing coordination and test data setup.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Moderate level understanding of modules like STP-D, STP-I, BW and HCM.
• Experience in Agile methodology, waterfall methodologies.
• Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred.
• Working experience in onsite-offshore model.
