Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead Prepare, Explore, realize, and Deploy phases for SAP PP, APO, Demand Planning, MRP runs.
  • Knowledge of DP (Demand Planning), SNP (Supply Network Planning),PPDS (Production Planning and Detail Scheduling), GATP (Global Available to Promise)
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Redesign and/or recommending improvements, if required, in MM, IM & LE within ECC/S4HANA
  • Provide techno-functional specifications and work with ABAP/Developer teams.
  • Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD/TDD) and conduct end user training.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements by means of interviews, workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with users.
  • Convert business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation.
  • SAP system configuration as per the design.
  • Creation of test scripts/scenarios for Integration/Regression and UAT.
  • Performs as subject matter advisor to less experienced team members and business community.
  • Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
  • Coordination with offshore for specific functional area through the project life cycle.

Some “MUST HAVE” skills and experience for this requirement.

  • 10+ years of SAP PP APO experience.
  • 6+ years of hand on consulting experience in P2P process.
  • 2+ years of experience in IBP.
  • 2+ end to end green field implementation project experience.
  • 5+ years of Hands-on experience in workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, data field mapping, UAT, cut-over facilitation & signoff with business.
  • 1+ years of experience in S4 HANA implementation.
  • Experience/understanding of PeopleSoft application.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
