SAP SCM Consultant- Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configuration of SAP processes in area of Logistics
• To provide support to Business Units that operate the various SAP Modules
• To assist in the on-going development of new functionality in the company's SAP model
• Collaborates with TechOps IT Project Management for Projects staffing, conducting interviews, proposes/interviews candidates based on the required functional background and supports/leads ramp up process
• Manage project stakeholders
• Tuning and refinement of optimization models to achieve desired business results
• Working with business end users on what-if scenarios associated with their optimization models
• Deliverables will include general process documentation, knowledge transfer to project resources, functional designs, configuration rationales, and other supporting documents as required
• Cutover and implementation support of the supply planning solution for businesses
• This role will also be expected to interact with business end users so good communication skills is required

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong cross process stream integration skills
• At least 5 year's experience in solution design and configuration of SAP including at least one of the following areas MM, SRM, WM, PP, APO, SD, and experience with SAP ECC6
• Minimum 5 years of experience configuring the SAP SCM module functions that support a global enterprise
• SAP Certified my SAP SCM professional preferred
• Requirements management, change management, systems and process
• interactions/workflows, knowledge of new/emerging technologies, domain-specific technical knowledge, problem solving skills, understanding & application of broad business processes, understanding and application of the SDLC
