SAP SCM Lead (Lead, Business Systems Analysis)

Remote Working | 6-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Lead to join our team for a 6-month remote contract. As an SAP SCM Lead, you will analyze complex business problems and develop automated systems solutions. This role involves collaborating across boundaries, leading projects, and implementing best practice solutions to improve business process productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-boundary collaboration to develop and implement best practice solutions.
Direct planning, gathering, and documentation of functional requirements.
Ensure functional and technical designs optimize and protect the IT ecosystem.
Ensure quality delivery of solutions and develop standards for technical maintenance.
Investigate and diagnose incidents, develop, implement, and document solutions.
Conduct urgency, impact, and risk assessments of change requests.
Develop and mentor team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in Information Technology or related positions.
Expertise in SAP SCM and business process improvement.
Knowledge and experience in Consumer Products or Manufacturing industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Willingness to travel (5%-40% depending on assignments).
