ERP-SD/CS
 Understand business processes from customer perspective and provide system solutions and documentation
 Design, customize, configure and testing of ERP-CS of SAP
 Business Blue print, functional specification, Power point presentation
 Customer Service – CS process knowledge: Integration of ERP, master data, transactional data and integration with data providers.
 Interface knowledge (inbound and outbound) to middle ware systems. IDOC interface knowledge.
 Ability to work with international team environment.
