Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

• SAP Sales & Distribution & Logistic Execution Support:
  • Provide hands-on support in SAP SD/LE.
  • Manage SAP SD/LE related Incident and Change Management including enhancements.
• Business and System Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with business super users and other EAS system analysts to define and design future solutions for order management operations.
  • Capture requirements, design, and develop system solutions.
  • Analyze complex business problems or requirements and design cost-effective, suitable solutions, including cross-functional integration aspects.
• Technical Expertise and System Configuration:
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain skills in SAP features, functions, and processes.
  • Configure system settings and options, and support unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Testing and Documentation:
  • Develop test scenarios, test plans, and other documentation, including master data setup.
  • Prepare and conduct training for business users and others in SAP functions.
  • Work with internal and external developers to develop and test programs.
  • Design and write functional documentation and collaborate with developers to deliver changes.
• Data Validation and Issue Resolution:
  • Use software tools to analyze SAP databases in the process of data validation and solving business issues.
  • Adhere to Company's process in managing changes through the technical landscape.

Experience and Language Requirements

• Work Experience: 5-10 years mandatory
• Functional Expertise:
  • Minimum of 5+ years in SAP SD/LE Module
  • SAP-GTS expertise is a plus
• SAP ERP Application Maintenance Support (AMS) / Projects:
  • 5+ years of experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Experienced in SAP SD/LE Order Processing MTO/MTS, Pricing, ATP/TOR, Billing, ALE IDOC, EDI IDOC, STO, GTS, RAR-RevRec.
  • Background in ABAP development and support
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong learning abilities and willingness to learn new areas and technologies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Education

• Required: BE, B Tech, MSc, MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science
• Preferred: Master’s degree such as MBA (IT/Sales/Marketing/FI) will be a plus
