Job Description
Provide support throughout work functional areas that include General Project Maintenance, SAP Security including: SAP work orders, SAP license management, support SAP Account Management services, SAP Access Issue Advisory support, SAP ticket closure, SAP Testing Plans, SAP Role Creation and Administration, SAP Document Creation and Maintenance.
Required Skills
- Experience with initial implementation of SAP FIORI and Single Sign-On (SSO) for SAP Graphical User Interface (GUI)
- Experience configuring and maintaining Central User Administration (CUA)
- Experience configuring Government Risk and Compliance (GRC) access control (including MSMP workflows) and developing SAP Business Rule Frameworks Plus (BRF+) applications
- Experience configuring and maintaining User Interface (UI) masking
- Experience migrating premises to cloud environments
- Experience developing new roles in Customer Relations Management (CRM) & Portal and maintaining them for 10,000+ users
- 9+ years of relevant experience is required.
