Job Summary:

The SAP Technology position would reside in the Corporate Systems Development & Maintenance Group and would be responsible for developing solutions to HR and Payroll system requirements.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the programming and configuration of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application that is integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure.
  • Code program bug fixes and enhancements in SAP R/3 HR / Payroll using ABAP programming.
  • Unit test code fixes and enhancements to ensure quality of delivered code.
  • Participates in integrating software, developing external interfaces, and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Develop technical solutions using SAP technology platforms (on-prem and cloud).
  • Develop forms and workflow solutions using SAP technology platforms (on-prem and cloud).
  • Research interface problems, including de-bugging and fixing using development standards.
  • Build end to end (ETL - Extract, transform and load) solution to extract data from SAP On-prem and SAP Cloud (SuccessFactor).
  • Assists in building, configuration, implementation and support for Add-ons and Extensions for ERP application (on-prem and Cloud).
  • Support integration scenarios that use SAP Cloud platform Integration (CPI).

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Technology Degree - Preferred (Science/Engineering/Information and Technology) with two plus years of technical experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge and understanding of concepts related to integration technologies such as SOAP, XML, JSON, REST etc.
  • Familiar with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles and the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Knowledge of Data Dictionary (Data modeling Tool).
  • Assertive in learning new technologies.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication
