SAP Compensation Consultant 
At least 10 years’ experience in HR programs with at least 5 years’ experience working in SAP SuccessFactors.
Good Consulting and implementation experience in SuccessFactors in modules Compensation and Variable Pay
Integration of Compensation and Variable Pay with Other SuccessFactors modules like EC and PMGM
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills.
