SuccessFactors to HCM integration, particularly in ABAP and Business Integration Build (BIB),
· Advanced knowledge regarding standard integration via Business Integration Builder (mappings, generic value conversions etc.).
· Advanced development skills in SAP ABAP to cover implementation of BAdIs for advanced integration requirements.
· General overview and understanding of business requirements in the integration context between SFSF EC and SAP ERP HCM
· Effective communication and alignment with customers are imperative aspects of this role
· Keep track of deadlines and to-do deadlines (Time Management)
· Regular report to project management/ stream lead on progress/risks/opportunities of the stream
· The consultant will be required to coordinate with other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
· General understanding and advanced know how regarding SAP HCM infotype logic and processes.
