Knowledge and experience within the SAP for Utilities module (IS-U) with leading practices and approach on a clean core (S/4HANA)
Demonstrable experience leading solution architecture or design with a variety of technologies surrounding our core SAP capabilities. Similar technology related solution architecture leadership roles demonstrating strategic-to-deployable thinking.
Build the bridge between solutions, technologies and tangible business outcomes for our clients and our organization
Proven consulting skills; a strategic advisor to clients on all things related to SAP and technologies (not limited to SAP technologies). Work with clients on both tactical and strategic levels from ideation to execution of business initiatives.
Build high quality technical content for presentations, deliverables such as design/architecture, and technical specifications on projects
Mentor employees and contribute to their individual development, and lead performance management processes for solution delivery teams
Participate regularly in effective recruiting, candidate interviewing, and employee on-boarding activities
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience, with a solid background in SAP IS-Utilities
Best practices to RISE with SAP S/4 and its clean core approach
Integration strategy between an enterprise service bus (ESB) and SAP BTP
Prior integration experience with SAP and non-SAP solutions within a Utility vertical’s business context
