  • 10+ years of experience in leading SAP Test engagement
  • Experience in defining Test Strategy and test plan for implementation program
  • Participate in requirement walkthrough/analysis meeting to understand the CRs, review estimates and align with Test COE on estimates/timelines
  • Identify execution dependencies and plan it for execution across SAP and Non SAP System.
  • Should be high level knowledge on S/4 HANA Retail.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of SAP module like SD, MM, FICO etc
  • Running Defect Triage Meetings
  • Defining ways of working with 3rd party system like B2B etc.
  • Experience in ALM Test Management tool
