SAP Tester-UFT

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) for SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP PP, and SAP IS-U.
• Create data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid test scripts to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve efficiency.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze test results to ensure SAP applications function as expected.
• Define and document test objectives, scope, and criteria for SAP applications, including integration points with other modules and external systems.
• Perform integration testing to validate the interaction between SAP modules and other systems (e.g., third-party applications, databases).
• Ensure data consistency, process integrity, and end-to-end functionality across integrated systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects or issues found during automated testing using defect tracking tools.
• Prepare detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Generate test summary reports and communicate findings, progress, and issues to stakeholders and project teams
• Work closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business users to understand requirements and ensure alignment with testing activities.
• Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on testing progress, issues, and risks.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in SAP testing, with a strong focus on UFT automation.
• Proven experience in developing and executing automated test scripts for SAP modules using UFT.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM/QC) and defect tracking.
• knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP PP, and SAP IS-U).
• Proficiency in UFT scripting languages (e.g., VBScript) and test automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and other SAP
