SAP TM Solution Lead

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

· Skillset/Experience : 10+

· SAP TM Solution Lead -

· Functional Experience with minimum 10 years in Logistics applications and close to 5 years in SAP TM implementation experience in SAP TM.

· The SAP Transportation Management Lead will guide and consult on SAP TM processes and integrations with other modules, and lead facilitation of TM workshops. The SAP TM Lead will manage TM deliverables.

· Being involved at least on TWO full cycle implementation in SAP TM. S/4HANA TM embed project experience is preferred

· Leadership and guidance of a small team of Consultants, ensuring a successful Solution Design and implementation of the SAP TM Work-stream.

· Having full responsibility of a SAP TM business process design and process implementation.

· Provide subject matter expertise in SAP TM in customer engagement and suctioning.

· Good understanding of cross industry and specific planning of business processes

· Articulate and present different points-of-views on SAP TM and its associated technologies/integrations

· Understands the Shipper and LSP Business Process in the Supply Chain.

· Manage the team and its related deliverables

· Deep Knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes: Transportation Process for Shippers, Transportation Process for Freight Forwarders (LSP), Integration of SAP Documents(SO/PO/Deliveries), Transportation Planning and Optimization Process, Collaborative Process, Transportation Charge Management, Execution and Monitoring Process, Charge Settlement, Payment Process (SAP S/4), Integration between TM with EWM (definitely required) , TM and GTS , TM and Dangerous Good.

· Oversee all delivery of the TM requirements.

· Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP TM system, review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the Transport Management work stream. Design to-be business processes based on SAP TM standard template and best practices, lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops
