Position: SAP Tosca Test Automation Architect
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Mode: Long Term Contract
Work Type: Hybrid [May need to go to client location for a couple of weeks initially and then work remotely and meeting with client for one week in a month if needed)

Must Possess Demonstrable experience in the following areas.
· Test Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with the organization's testing goals and objectives. Evaluate existing testing processes and identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and coverage. Should be able to define standards, guidelines, and best practices for test automation architecture, design, and implementation.
·Framework Design and Development: Leverage Tricentis Tosca to design, architect, and build a robust, modular, and scalable test automation framework using that supports various testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.). Create and maintain reusable automation components, libraries, and templates. If required, select appropriate test automation tools, technologies, and languages based on project requirements.
· Automation Scripting and Coding: Should not be bashful in writing efficient, maintainable, and reliable automation scripts and code for different application layers and platforms. Ensure proper integration of test automation scripts with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
· Test Data Management and Environment Setup: Define strategies for managing test data and create mechanisms to ensure data integrity and security. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to set up and maintain testing environments that closely mimic production conditions.
· Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective automated tests. Mentor and guide team members on test automation best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting techniques. Lead efforts to standardize and streamline testing processes across projects.
