SAP Transport Management Specialist

Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Transport Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions to optimize transportation processes and enhance supply chain efficiency. This role requires expertise in SAP TM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong competencies in digital tools, business intelligence, and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making in transportation management.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SAP Transportation Management (TM) system to meet business requirements and streamline transportation processes.
Implement and maintain transportation planning, execution, and monitoring functionalities within SAP TM, including carrier selection, route optimization, and freight cost calculation.
Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver SAP TM projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical expertise and support for SAP TM implementation, including system configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using business intelligence and analytics tools to track transportation KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in transportation management processes and systems.
Stay updated on latest developments and best practices in SAP TM, transportation management, and digital tools to continuously enhance system capabilities and business outcomes
