Overview

The SAP UI5 Senior Consultant with fullstack expertise plays a critical role in our organization, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of SAP UI5 applications. This role is vital for ensuring the usability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the SAP UI5 solutions and requires a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP UI5 solutions.
Design and develop user interfaces using SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Implement fullstack solutions, integrating SAP UI5 with backend technologies such as SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other databases.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in SAP UI5 best practices and design principles.
Customize and extend standard SAP UI5 applications to meet specific business requirements.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability of SAP UI5 solutions.
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of SAP UI5 applications.
Prototype and conduct proof of concepts to evaluate new technologies and tools for SAP UI5.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest SAP UI5 and fullstack development trends and tools.
Participate in client workshops and presentations to showcase SAP UI5 solutions and gather feedback.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practice development.
Ensure compliance with security and architecture standards in SAP UI5 developments.
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 development and consulting.
Proven experience in fullstack development, integrating frontend technologies with backend systems.
Expertise in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
In-depth understanding of SAP Fiori design principles and guidelines.
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP ABAP.
Experience in customizing and extending standard SAP UI5 applications.
Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or .NET.
Ability to optimize SAP UI5 applications for performance and scalability.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Certification in SAP UI5 or related technologies is a plus.
Ability to travel and work on-site at client locations as required.
