Scala Data Engineer

Saisystems Technology is currently seeking for a Scala Data Engineer with Healthcare experience. The Data Engineer to join in the data integration solutions. Candidates must have solid experience in developing and testing data pipelines utilizing spark, scala, sql and AWS.

Other tasks includes working on a scrum team and being engaged in architecture and requirement discussions.

• 5-7 years of experience working on data engineering preferred.
• Strong experience in data practices and technologies
• Proficiency with Spark Scala and SQL
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS (S3, Elastic, Kibana)
• Be part of a scrum team/Participate in scrum team. Daily scrum meetings.
• Be part of design discussions.
• Design, develop and test data pipelines
• Participate in code review process.
• Design/Defect meetings.
• Contribute to data pipeline processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across project teams.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
