SCCM/ Intune Administrator

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in managing and patching desktops/ laptops in a Windows environment.
  • Experience with antivirus software configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with SCCM/ Intune and AD for group policy management.
  • Knowledge of patch management tools and methodologies.
• Endpoint Patch and Antivirus Compliance: Manage and maintain endpoint devices to ensure compliance with patch updates and antivirus software.
• Patching Desktops/ Laptops: Ensure timely and consistent patching of operating systems and applications on desktops/ laptops to maintain security and functionality.
• Antivirus Client Configuration: Configure and manage antivirus client software on endpoint devices, ensuring proper settings and regular updates.
• Group Policy Management: Utilize SCCM/ Intune for group policy management to enforce endpoint security measures and configurations.
• AV Policy Configuration: Update and configure antivirus policies for client endpoints, ensuring alignment with security standards and best practices.
• Collaboration for Security Resolutions: Engage with other support teams to resolve malware or antivirus outbreaks, adhering to customer security policies. Collaborate with third-party providers when necessary.
• Vendor Liaison: Act as the liaison between the organization and relevant vendors to address malware or virus attacks, coordinating for swift resolution.
• Systems and Application Patching: Perform patching activities for systems and applications including M365, MS Office, browsers, Adobe and other standard applications.
• Security Compliance: Understanding of security protocols, policies and best practices related to patching and antivirus management.
• Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address malware/ virus outbreaks and related issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Detail-oriented: Attention to detail in ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
