Skills Required:
· Management of the delivery of services to the service levels and KPIs
· Management of the support team
· Managing service improvement initiatives
· Acting as primary contact for the Manulife key contacts · Manage APAC Delivery Centre including the management of staff, shift patterns, procedures, best practices, communications, health & safety, Incident and Problem Management
· Demonstrate continuous service improvement.
· In collaboration with Manulife identify and manage operational risks and issues through the Governance committees
· Preparation and distribution of service reports for the supplier service delivery
· Work closely with the supplier personnel to ensure correct accesses are granted and the team complies with the processes · Ensure compliance with Manulife InfoSec policy and audit requirement.
Nice to Have:
Good Exposure and experience in ITIS Industry with People Management Skills
