Description

Work you'll do:
 

  • Build and maintain a government Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Conduct schedule merges and analysis, maintain desktop schedules, building and maintaining schedule charts for program reviews and execution.
  • Conduct schedule health and status updates, track and report on schedule metrics for the Program Managers.
  • Support integrated baseline reviews.

Qualifications :

Required
 

  • BA/BS degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 3+ years of experience with critical path analysis and action item resolution and basic understanding of earned value processes
  • 3+ years of experience managing waterfall and Agile schedules, including hybrid/integrated waterfall and Agile
  • 3+ years of experience within MS Project, Milestone Pro and Excel
  • Basic understanding of defense programs and weapon system components
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,981 to $154,968.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
