Job Description 
Sprint Communication: Act as the lead spokesperson for sprint delivery, presenting sprint statistics, trends, and narratives to stakeholders.
Capacity Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date capacity plan, ensuring resource allocation aligns with delivery goals.
Backlog Refinement: Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to maintain at least two sprints of refined stories.
Epic/Feature Tracking: Ensure Epics and Features are accurately reflected for status tracking and reporting.
Ceremony Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies such as:
Team Demos
Retrospectives
Daily Standups
Dependency Huddles
Sprint Planning Meetings
Blocker Management: Capture, track, and remove blockers, escalating issues when necessary.
RAID Management: Manage risks, agreements, issues, and decisions specific to sprints, escalating as needed.
Dependency and Timeline Management
Pre-Sprint Coordination: Track and coordinate dependencies for work items ahead of sprint initiation.
Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate Jira and Confluence data, ensuring reliable Scrum master dashboards.
Dashboard Utilization: Leverage Scrum master dashboards for decision-making and suggest improvements.
Timeline Reporting: Report initiative-level timelines and statuses, coordinating with project or program managers as required.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed during sprint planning and execution phases.
Quarterly Planning
Organize and facilitate pre-planning meetings to introduce business epics and technical initiatives.
Work with Product Managers and senior engineers to create and link Confluence pages for epics.
Maintain a master sprint calendar with partner Scrum Masters.
Ensure quarterly plans are communicated, refined, and finalized during QPR cycles.
