Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's degree in an IT relevant field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in UAE.
Proven experience in successfully implementing Agile methodologies.
Experience in working with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
Excellent understanding of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
