Scrum Master

Strong experienced (hands on) SM – a servant leader, who has worked in relatively complex project environment. Having Telecom/Telstra experience is good to have.
Strong communication, stakeholder management skills is essential
Ability to independently manage all Agile/Scrum ceremonies for the team
Ability to remove impediments for the team and to be able to deliver value as planned
Ability to plan and track the work effectively sprint on sprint
Ability to remove conflicts and help maintain team harmony
Ability to track dependencies, and do risk management relevant to team
Ability to work alongside the PO and RTE/GSM to align and work based on business priorities
Exposure to LEAN/ SAFe is good to have
Ability to manage and track metrics for the team, as required by program and help guide the team to next level of maturity. Coaching experience is good to have.
Exposure to DevOps working model is required
JIRA/Tooling knowledge is essential. should be comfortable working in JIRA (or equivalent tool) to manage the team’s scrum / Kanban boards. Should be comfortable writing JQLs and get any reporting needs for the team.
