Position Description
Manage scrum team through the delivery of software and services; use agile methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions; Create self-organizing, cross-functional, and highly efficient Scrum teams that deliver high quality products; Coach and support scrum teams; determine and manage tasks, issues, risk and action items; schedule and facilitate scrum events & meetings; monitor process and performance of applications; work in matrixed environment with geographically dispersed project team members to maximize the value delivery; plan and organize demonstrations and product/system testing; track project progress, deliverables and financials; evaluating project success using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identified during and post-implementation with project stakeholders; prepare and present status reports to stakeholders. Relocation/ telecommuting may be required plus travel to various unanticipated client locations within the United States for short- and long-term assignments.

Education
Master’s degree in computer science/Computer Applications/I.T./Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical/Electronics & Communication) or bachelor’s degree in computer science/Computer Applications/I.T./Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical/Electronics & Communication) plus 5 years of progressive experience in field or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education and experience in lieu of master’s degree. Will Accept Foreign Educational Equivalent.
