Job Description

 

• Coach and help teams understand scrum processes Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly
• Enable Process adherence within the teams
• Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning updating prioritizing and refining backlogs
• Support design development and delivery of a practical hands on coaching and mentoring environment in helping HCSC and Cognizant development teams to become more Agile
• Excellent organizational skills communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue.
