Scrum Master

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position Bilingual Scrum Master to work on Remote basis.

Must haves (top 3):

• Bilingual in Portuguese (I specifically am looking for someone that can speak Portuguese)
• Scrum Master experience (Kanban specifically)
• Experience working with infrastructure teams
• Service Now
• Jira (cloud or align)

Nice to haves (or what gets the win):

• Cyber sec experience
• Experience working with confidential info, auditing
• Scrum certs – CSM, Safe
• Portuguese 

Project Details (Size, Scale, Scope):
This Scrum Master will be supporting 4 teams on the infra/cyber sec side of the company
Teams support IAM, roles based access, governance, data loss prevention, network security
They will be supporting primarily incident resolution from service now and smaller projects
Will need to help come in and refine backlog and how they handle requests that come in
A major part of what they are trying to do is figure out how to handle confidential client info that cannot just be thrown on a Jira board – would be great to have someone that has dealt with confidential client info and helped develop a resolution/process

Soft skills:
There are lots of technical analysts on these teams that are very knowledgeable – need to be able to take charge and “safe guard” the volume coming in for them – lots of different requests from business areas so its easy to get backlogged
Need to be able to help team members feel empowered
Someone that can take charge and not be pushed around
Need someone that can help develop and hold Kanban team standards to help cycle through work quicker
