Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our growing team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed upon. You will help the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity, continually improve their practices, and increase their productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  • Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel or resources to help the team.
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field preferred.
