WHAT YOU’LL DO
The mission of the Global Site Solutions Organization is to drive holistic technology strategy to enable the entire end-to-end lifecycle of a Client site. We are embarking on a multiyear journey to modernize and enhance over 40 applications to support Real Estate, Store Planning, Property Development, and Workplace Services value stream to deliver more value for our global business partners. We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to help us evolve our current delivery model and lead our function through the preparation and delivery of the PI events using the SAFe framework for the Global Site Solutions Organization. As a Scrum Master, supporting an agile release train (ART) scrum teams that support and enhance solutions across the Real Estate, Store Planning, Property Development, and Workplace Services value streams. You will be working in hybrid delivery model You will be responsible for planning the schedule and successful execution of delivery of 2-3 IT related epics adhering to Sarbanes Oxley compliance and all Client Company standards You will resolve and escalates impediments and reports project status to Senior Leadership. You will lead and facilitate team level ceremonies that support the delivery of epics that increase business value. Your core responsibilities will be enabling teams as a true servant leader to ensure that objectives are met by the teams and the ART. You will improve ART performance by identifying resolution of team impediments and being a change agent with continuous improvement. You will foster an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics. You will collaborate with multiple partners across the ART, work across other areas within IT, as well as with our customers and vendors. You will serve a maximum of 1-3 Scrum teams. You will consult and guide seasoned team members through critical thinking, establish a center of excellence through best practices, tooling, metrics, and templates, and ensure best-in-class collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages all aspects of one to three IT Epics from planning to deployment.
• Create, manage and execute project schedule for each epic.
• Facilitate team level processes and execution, escalate impediments, manage risks, and helps drive continuous improvement.
•Facilitate Scrum Events- daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives in collaboration with the teams.
• Facilitates PI Planning readiness by preparing the teams for the PI events.
• Support lean-agile transformation, advising leaders, teams, in new processes and mindsets.
• Support adaption of SAFe to the organization
• Drives continuous improvement through team retrospectives.
• Responsible for ensuring that the committed to sprint backlog is completed.
• Supports team impediment removal and dependency tracking.
• Facilitates Agile team ceremonies e.g., daily standups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Ensures team agreements are in place.
• Drives team iteration commitments and plan to maximize business value delivery.
• Collaborates with other Scrum Masters across the ART as necessary e.g., Scrum of Scrums
• Coordinates with other teams as necessary, for example Shared Services or DevOps team.
• Key Partner with the Product Owner to ensure product backlog items are refined, prioritized and scheduled.
• Supports estimating activities within the team.
• Responsible for facilitating capacity planning.
• Reviews metrics to measure team progress and responsible for achieving baseline KPI.
• Validates time tracking.
• Tracks team objectives using appropriate Agile tools/applications.
• Protects team from external interference.
• Supports ART Readiness/Preparations
• May provide Flow Board Management if supporting a Kanban team.
• May be an Epic Owner

WHAT YOU’LL NEED (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent engineering skillset, training, or technical work experience (required)
• 1-2 years of experience as a scrum master (SAFe preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a project manager
• Experience working in hybrid scrum and waterfall environment.
• A mindset for continuous process improvement, driven by a focus on delivering value through efficiency.
• Ability to influence effectively with and without formal authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowing your audience.
• Proven success working a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of measurable business impact.
• Capability to demonstrate critical thinking and proven track record of positive change.
• Solid understanding of agile methodology, scrum, SAFe, and agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• SAFe Agilist and SAFe Scrum Master (CSM) Certification preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
