Role Responsibilities:
Plan and manage scrum and scrum of scrums for parallel projects.
Identify and mitigate project issues and risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Monitor project status and cross-team dependencies, taking corrective actions as necessary.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Business & Technical Leads, Data Architects, and Implementation Managers.
Analyze technical and business issues, offering resolution options.
Develop and refine solutions based on extensive experience and background.
Manage projects in a multi-vendor partner environment.
Deliver management updates and presentations to key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of overall experience.
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Extensive background in design, development, testing, and implementation of large-scale business and technology integration initiatives.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, leading Scrum and Scrum of Scrums.
Strong prioritization skills, managing multiple tasks and distributed teams.
Excellent communication, risk assessment, and team motivation in a matrix organization.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
