We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum Master

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid from Lisbon. Candidates must be in Portugal already!

 

The amazing you, will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is required.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and software development practices.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in French – valued;
  • CPLP nationality or EU work permit required;
  • Based in Lisbon
