Scrum Master

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the BFSI domain.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in their practical implementation.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the BFSI industry, its regulations, processes, and technology landscape.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects within the BFSI domain, using Agile principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and other relevant software development tools.
