Description:
At least 3+ years of experience, direct and lead development team from project initiation through the delivery of the final product
Work closely with product owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features
Oversee daily activities of project development teams and provide direction, coordinate and guidance as needed.
Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholder
Manage project scope to ensure delivery was compliant with the scope defined in sprints
Create project management plans and coordinate delivery activities, build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to project delivery requirements. Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
Provides coaching on Agile values and practices while emphasizing continuous improvement
Partners with project lead to ensure the team is producing a solution that meets established standards, procedures, and practices
Facilitates frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements.
