Scrum Master

Job Description & Skills required :

* Certified Scrum Master with 4+ years of experience in handling scrum teams.

* Be part of ECAT & Engineering software development teams and establish the Agile process for the teams.

• Lead Agile SCRUM ceremonies

* Experience with tools like Rally, JIRA, Confluence is must.

* Understanding of SAFe framework is preferred.

* Work with Product Owners to smoothly conduct project activities.

• Collaborate with multiple teams and facilitate the Scrum Events.

• Analyse software requirement and documentation.

• Evaluate and identify new approaches to improvise the team performance.

• Directing on-site and remote contracted development and testing resources
