Scrum Master

Description

 

• Help everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum team and the organization.
• The Scrum Master is accountable for the Scrum Team’s effectiveness as they help the team improve how they work together to create value.
• Ensure the Scrum team follows the processes that were agreed upon. Keep obstacles and distractions out of the team's path and act as the interface between the Scrum team and other people or teams.
• Guide the Scrum processes so they contribute to the overall success of the City leadership, residents, businesses, and visitors.
• Ensure high-quality processes, information, and status is available.
• Take ownership of the Scrum processes.
• Champion strong process improvement and mentor Scrum project members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal/external partners and sponsors, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and engaged early in the project life cycle.
