This role will support the Client and must have experience in the following areas:
A team builder who can effectively lead a team, build relationships, and ensure a detailed plan is being followed.
Ability to manage to a budget, includes forecasting and providing variance explanations.
Ability to quickly get up to speed on new business concepts and have enough technical experience to be able to understand and keep up with what the team is discussing during requirements and design sessions.
Executive presence and effective communication
Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team
Must possess a strong presence with confidence and polish
Excellent planning and coordination skills
Waterfall and Agile Methodology
Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables, and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed
Experience with various dependent projects potentially being executed with different methodologies
Vendor Management
Experience with Vendor contracts management
Experience with and Vendor package implementations
Strong experience in managing internal, external and hybrid teams
